To qualify for discount, you must be a student of the Fredericksburg Artist School and supply our office with a copy of your paid registration form for your class.
You must stay four or more nights.
Offer is valid for single or double occupancy only.
Offer is valid Sunday through Thursday non-holidays and non-events*.
Offer is not valid during peak seasons.
Properties that normally offer a full or continental breakfast will not offer a breakfast with discounted rates.
You must let a reservationists know that you are attending Fredericksburg Artist School classes at time of making reservation.
*Friday, Saturday, holiday and events dates resume
regular rates.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy: Gastehaus
Schmidt must be given at least 10 days notice of
cancellation before your confirmed arrival date. A $30
processing fee is then charged to you for each suite or
house. However, if you cancel within 10 days to you arrival
you are financially responsible for your complete confirmed
reservation. Upon cancellation Gastehaus Schmidt will
provide you with a cancellation number and we will mail a
cancellation notice. You must retain both the cancellation
number and postcard to verify cancellation, should there be
a question regarding your cancellation. Groups reservations
adhere to a unique policy, call for details.
