| Located just a few minutes from Fredericksburg's famous historic Main Street and in the heart of wine and peach country, this recently
renovated dog trot style log cabin is located in a complex of historic buildings is now two beautiful guesthouses. The historic log
cabin is circa 1800s and offers an upscale décor in two different styles. “Although the cabin is private there is a cluster of small businesses on the property, including your
hosts’ Art School (only used when the school is open), art galleries and a wine tasting room. The guest house has
wonderful tree coverage making it very private. The porch in the back has views of the countryside ranches.
The two suites are Longhorn Suite and Cottage Suite—
Both have their own personalities, but the same amenities. is very Texana with décor being very
western with an elegant flair. is just like it sounds with a country antique look and everything just perfectly
appointed. As you enter the home you will enter into the dog trot which now has a table and chair and behind that is a coffeebar
with refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave. This area is the common area. To the left is the Longhorn Suite and to the
right is the Cottage Suite both are identified with signs.

Both suites enter into the living area complete with large leather sofa (queen sleeper in Cottage Suite) and comfy designer chairs.
There do offer satellite television and a native stone fireplace. The bedrooms have queen beds both topped with
luxury linens and exquisite comforters and décor. Showers are found in both baths. The rustic ambiance of the
cabin is accented by the comfortable amenities and the warm and elegant decorator touches.
