Views, views, views! This wonderful two bedroom one bath home has unbelievable views on three sides of the property. Located less than a mile from Main Street in Fredericksburg sits this comfy yet elegant home.
Enter through the dining room, which leads right into the fully equipped kitchen. This spacious kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking needs for four people. There is also a large refrigerator, microwave, range/oven and dishwasher. The dining room is perfect for four people when you just don’t want to leave—and you won’t! Adjacent to the kitchen and dining room is the living room with an overstuffed sofa and loveseat placed to enjoy the satellite television with DVD and movies or to watch the gas log fireplace.
Two bedrooms are found off of the hallway where you will find a bath complete with tub and separate shower. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom offers a little room off of the bedroom, for that quiet moment of doing any kind of desk work or reading.
Outside is truly a delight! Sit under the gazebo and enjoy the wildlife and views overlooking the northwest side of Fredericksburg, downtown and even Cross Mountain . It is truly spectacular! On the other side of the house is a private patio with a gas grill. Spring is truly a sight to behold with all of the blooming plants in and around the property.
