Klaiber Ranch Bed and Breakfast is a two bedroom property
located just a few miles from Fredericksburg in the beautiful rolling Hill Country;
nestled in the countryside, between Fredericksburg and Enchanted
Rock. Enjoy roaming the 30 acres of nature, sitting pools in the cool springfed
creeks on the property (Metzger Creek and Polander Creek) during the summer months, or
sit around the fire-pit on those brisk winter

Inside is a wonderful great room surrounded by windows
designed to
enjoy the outdoors while watching television, staying warm by the
woodstove or enjoying breakfast. A spacious kitchen over
looks the living room creating an atmosphere perfect for visiting your
host before breakfast. The bedrooms are located on both sides
of the great room creating the utmost privacy during your stay.
Rose Room
—is located on the right as you enter the
house. A queen bed is found in the bedroom and the
adjacent bath has a whirlpool tub and shower. Windows in the
suite and bath have wonderful views of the creek and wildlife.

Lavender Room—is
located on the left side of the house as you
enter (on the other side of the kitchen) and has a king bed with large
corner whirlpool tub and separate shower. The spacious bath
has a “his” and “hers”
sink both with a distinct elegant style. A private
deck is located just outside the door, and offers a scenic view of the
orchard.
