Bella Notte is a wonderful European décor guest house just
half a block from Main Street. It is also located right next door to Lincoln
Street Wine Market and across the street from Lincoln Street Inn, which offers
four suites. This wonderful old German limestone rock home was built in 1904 by
the William Rauch family. The native limestone exterior was hand-hewn by German
immigrant craftsman. Guests that stay at Bella Notte enjoy the wonderful covered
front porch, which is perfect for relaxing and visiting while enjoying the
activities of Fredericksburg.
Two suites are found at Bella Notte—Abruzzi Suite and
Toscana Suite—both located downstairs. Entering into the foyer the suites
are located on either side. Both suites offer wonderful hardwood floors accented
with unique European antique furniture. Upstairs is private and not
available to guests.
Abruzzi Suite
Located to the left and offers two queen beds in separate
bedrooms. The bathroom’s entrance is located off of the second bedroom. The bath
has a whirlpool tub and shower. The front bedroom has a gas log fireplace that
puts out wonderful heat for those cold winter nights. A coffee bar is found in
the front cabins of the first bedroom.

Toscana Suite
Located to the right and offers a king bed and large
whirlpool tub. There is a coffee bar behind the bar in the bedroom. A wonderful
deck is located behind the suite to enjoy the quiet mornings or listen to the
weekend music at Lincoln Street Wine Market.
